We live in an age of information, which, ironically, makes it even more difficult to determine whom to trust with your next vacation. Planning your trip with a travel advisor provides more than just peace of mind. Using a travel advisor means you have access to first-hand expertise and industry knowledge that even the most complex booking engines cannot replicate. Peace of Mind

We are committed to ensuring that every detail of your trip goes off without a hitch. However, should the inevitable delay, cancellation, or hiccup arise, we're here as your safety net. We will advocate for you and provide solutions, so you can focus on enjoying your time away. 

  • The short answer is yes. We take the time to understand our clients' personal travel styles and preferences to deliver travel experiences that exceed their expectations. For more information regarding our rates, please see the information listed on our How We Work page. Fees are non-refundable and must be agreed upon and paid prior to planning, should you choose to proceed after the initial discovery conversation.

  • We kindly request a minimum lead time of 90 days for all trips, due to the highly customized nature of our services. We recommend starting to plan most trips a minimum of 6 months prior to your desired travel dates to ensure the best availability and rates. For destinations and experiences that are higher in demand like African safaris or expedition cruises, we suggest starting to plan a year in advance.

  • In addition to our one-time planning fees, hotels, cruise lines, and resorts include a built-in commission in their pricing whether or not you work with a travel advisor. When you book through us, you gain access to our exclusive benefits and preferred partnerships, while we receive a commission from the supplier for managing the booking on your behalf. This commission is paid by the vendor and comes at no additional cost to you — and thanks to our relationships, it often means preferred rates, added amenities, and better availability. Our planning fee ensures that every recommendation is made solely with your best interests in mind, based on what’s truly the right fit for your trip — never on commission size.

  • We specialize in highly personalized service and curated travel plans, partnering primarily with 4 and 5-star hotels and luxury cruise/tour operators that we trust to deliver a seamless experience for our clients. This means we typically work with starting budgets of $600-$1,000+ per person, per day. This range provides us with a starting point and can be discussed or changed later. Each trip is different, and the cost varies based on the complexity of your trip. We are happy to consult with you on what you can expect for the trip you have in mind.

  • Unfortunately we cannot redeem points or miles on your behalf for any bookings. In cases where you choose to redeem points or frequent flyer miles, we will not be able to assist with changes to your bookings. We are happy to add your loyalty numbers to any reservations so that you are able to earn points on your stays and flights where available.

  • Our primary source of communication is via email. We kindly ask that you send all questions and communications via email, as this helps us keep track of all the details relating to your trip. We aim to respond to any emails within 1 business day. If you prefer to chat over the phone, we're happy to schedule a call by appointment. You can always find a link to our calendar in our email signature.

  • All travel documents and itinerary information will be provided to you in the Trip Plans App. (Available in the Apple and Android app stores.) We do not provide hard copies of travel documents, but your itinerary will be available to download as a PDF, should you wish to print it yourself.

  • In the event that items are impacted by circumstances beyond our control, we are happy to be a resource and will be available to you 24/7 while you are away traveling for any emergencies.

    That being said, we also typically work with in-destination partners who will have emergency service and customer service available to you in the same time zone. Contact information will be provided to you as part of your digital itinerary documents, prior to departure.
